WINK has both eyes open on the hunt for a Marketing Communications Manager to join us full-time at our Amsterdam office.

As Marketing Communications Manager, you shape how WINK shows up in the world. turning strategic priorities, cultural signals and our creative output into powerful stories, campaigns and communication frameworks that drive our visibility, relevance and growth.

You’ll keep the WINK magic alive by:

Leading the day-to-day operation of the MarCom team (social, copy, content production, junior creatives and interns).
Developing and implementing WINK’s communication strategy in line with agency and commercial objectives.
Translating brand insights, cultural trends and market dynamics into campaigns, content plans and communication frameworks.
Identifying strong stories within our work, partners and culture, and shaping them into compelling content across social, digital, newsletters, PR, case studies, internal comms and thought leadership.
Planning, executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and experiential touchpoints.
Owning and safeguarding the social media strategy, calendar and daily execution with the team and external partners.
You bring a strong creative eye and take ownership of final editing on content quality across all outputs.
Overseeing commercial marketing materials such as capability decks, category narratives and strategic sales tools.
Strengthening internal communication to support alignment, culture and strategic focus.
Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign and channel performance to inform ongoing optimisation.
Building and maintaining systems, processes and workflows that help the MarCom team work smoothly, clearly and with high impact.

While we’re looking for out-of-the-box people, there are a few boxes we need you to tick:

Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience running a creative or marketing team.
Hands-on execution mindset, someone who leads by doing, shaping and sharpening.
Strong experience in content strategy, brand storytelling and multi-channel campaigns.
Strong creative eye for qualitative content.
High cultural awareness and trend sensitivity, with an operator’s instinct for what matters now and next.
Comfortable working across Google Workspace, Keynote, Adobe, social platforms, analytics tools and AI-supported workflows.
Experience in a creative, experiential, brand or agency environment is a strong plus.
